The conductivity range of chemical pure water is between 0.1uS/cm-20uS/cm, so the water treatment processes used are also different.
The deionized water equipment in chemical plants is divided into deionized water technology, ion exchange technology, secondary reverse osmosis technology, EDI ultra pure water process, etc. according to the required water quality of the industry. Users only need to choose the water treatment system based on their own water quality needs.
This device is a process of replacing various anions and cations in water through anion and cation exchange resins. If the required pure water quality is higher, it can be combined with a mixed bed system. The mixed bed system can also be used together with reverse osmosis technology to produce high-end ultrapure water.
The equipment can be produced according to the following requirements: cation anion exchange resin technology for effluent conductivity below 10us/cm, pre-treatment+reverse osmosis+mixed bed process for conductivity around 0.06, and two-stage reverse osmosis technology for resistivity above 15M.
