The process of cleaning and softening water equipment membrane components in Shuoke

Release time:2024-04-22
At present, due to low investment costs, simple operation, and high adaptability, softened water equipment has been widely used in daily life. In the context of valuing the quality of domestic water, schools, hotels, and other public places have introduced softened water equipment to filter out cement sand, heavy metal pollution, and various sediments in water, ensuring the freshness of water quality. However, many consumers are not aware that improper cleaning of softened water equipment components can damage their lifespan. The main function of water softening equipment is to reduce the hardness of water, which is mainly achieved by removing calcium and magnesium ions from the water, and it does not reduce the total salt content in the water.
Therefore, in order to ensure that all filter systems can operate normally, it is necessary for us to master the correct cleaning methods. Membrane fouling is mainly caused by various pollutants such as calcium carbonate precipitation, metal complexes, and microorganisms. The characteristics and formation rate of these pollutants depend on various factors, such as the quality of water supply and drainage and the usage of the system. If not controlled in a timely manner, the membrane components in Shuoke's reverse osmosis pure water equipment are likely to be damaged in a short period of time. When the membrane element is diagnosed as contaminated, or before long-term standby, or as part of daily maintenance, it is recommended to clean the membrane element.
The steps for cleaning membrane components of Shuoke Water Equipment are as follows: Firstly, use a pump to introduce clean and non dispersed RO reverse osmosis product water from the washing tank (or corresponding water source) into a high-pressure container, and treat the sewage for more than ten minutes. Next, add clean product water and detergent into the washer cleaning box. Then, circulate the cleaning solution in the high-pressure container for 1 hour or a pre-set time.
After completing the cleaning of the softened water equipment, it is necessary to empty the cleaning box and clean it. Then, pour the cleaned product water into the cleaning box for the next step of cleaning. Then use a pump to inject clean, chlorine free commercial water from the cleaning tank (or corresponding water source) into the high-pressure container, and treat the sewage for more than ten minutes. After cleaning, run the RO reverse osmosis system with the commercial water filter valve open until the commercial water is cleaned and there is no foam plastic or detergent residue (usually 15~30 minutes).
In addition, when installing and using water softening equipment, attention should be paid to: do not install water softening equipment within the boiler diameter range to prevent hot water from flowing back onto the softening equipment and causing damage; Do not soften water in environments below room temperature or at any unsuitable temperature. When using water softening equipment, it should be understood that it can remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, reduce water hardness, and achieve water softening.
